Refund & Returns Policy - EUROPE - IN ENGLISH

At Aromatiico, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and decants), the following conditions apply:

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

This right only applies to products that:

  • Have not been opened

  • Have not been used

  • Are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used perfumes or decants

  • Personalized products or products prepared on demand

  • Products damaged due to improper use

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that is:

  • Damaged during transport

  • Different from the product ordered

They must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the product

  • Order number

Once the case has been reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

or

  • A full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team

  2. Wait for further instructions

  3. Send the product to the address provided

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error was made by us.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
