At Aromatiico, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining an efficient and reliable service.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, except during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant delivery information.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier:

  • Spain: 2–3 business days

  • Portugal: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Aromatiico’s control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before the purchase is completed.

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number allowing them to monitor the shipment's progress at any time.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Aromatiico cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Issues

If an order arrives damaged or there is any issue with the shipment, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Photographs of the issue

  • Order number

7. Delays

Delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances, including but not limited to public holidays, logistical congestion, customs procedures, or force majeure events, are not the responsibility of Aromatiico.

However, we will provide reasonable assistance and support to help resolve any shipping-related issue.
